Malaghan Coffee is a unique blend developed collaboratively by Malaghan scientists, along with ACME's coffee roaster, and Jeff Kennedy. The process began with cupping a variety of origin coffee beans, from which three were selected for their distinct flavors.  By combining each of our favorites into different percentages, the scientists eventually, through blind tasting, chose their favorite blend.  

As with everything created through a design process, it is impossible to grow, harvest, ship, roast, blend and make coffee exactly the same every time.  Part of its wonder is endeavouring to improve it.
